Monday, Monday

Had a decent workout, though I was a little tired. We worked out yesterday, which was my free day, so I don't feel like I have had a day of rest. Did 180 on the leg sled, 90 on the leg extensions, and 75 or so on the calves, plus some cardio and crunches.

Still a little low on calories, but you do what you can.
